國際特約門診或住院皆完全自費，恕不接受臺灣健保。
All services are self-paid. We do not accept Taiwan National Health Insurance coverage for International Medical Services regardless of nationality.

門診收費 Outpatient service cost:
1. 掛號費：新臺幣 500 元。
Registration and Administrative Fees: NT $500

2. 醫師診察費：新臺幣 1,500 元。
Physician Fee: NT$1,500

3. 藥費、檢驗、檢查及其他醫療處置費用等另按本院國際特約醫療服務價格收費。
Additional costs for medications, laboratory tests, examinations, and other treatments shall be borne by yourself.

住院收費 Inpatient service cost

1. 所有住院費用均按本院國際特約醫療服務價格收費。
The hospitalization costs are charged according to the international medical service standards of Min Sheng General Hospital and have been approved by the local health authority.

2. 住院前需繳交預付款，由本院國際醫療中心提供預估之醫療費用。住院期間每週結帳一次，如預付款不足，需再補繳。出院時結帳，將以多退少補方式處理。
Prior deposits of an estimated amount of cost are required before the process of admission is arranged. The amount will be provided by our International Medical Service Center. We will collect medical bills from your deposits on a weekly basis during hospitalization. You will have to replenish once your prior deposits are depleted. On discharge, a final checkout will be arranged.
